4 Ways to Use Sleep

1. To create a relaxing environment as you drift off to sleep diffuse 3-4 drops near your bed or in your bedroom.
2. Adding 4 to 5 drops to a warm bath can calm and comfort the body and mind after a long day.
3. To promote a relaxing sleep, massage 1 to 2 drops in a carrier oil on the bottom of your feet.
4. To boost the quality of your sleep create a spray bottle of water with a few drops of Sleep and spritz over your bedding and pillowcases.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil (e.g., coconut) to minimize any skin sensitivity.
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
